What makes Bella Notte Linens unique?
We are the pioneers of garment-dyed luxury linens. Each piece is custom-made and dyed to order in small batches using non-toxic, low-impact dyes, resulting in a unique, vintage-inspired aesthetic and an incredibly soft hand-feel.
How should I care for my luxury bedding?
Most of our products are machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle. We recommend using a pH-neutral liquid detergent and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve the integrity of the natural fibers and custom dyes.
What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Because our linens are custom-dyed to order, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production and shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your handcrafted items leave our studio.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches before placing a full order. Since screen resolutions vary and our dye process creates subtle tonal variations, swatches help ensure the color and texture meet your expectations.
What is your return policy?
As our products are custom-made and dyed specifically for you, we accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
Are your dyes environmentally friendly?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on being an eco-conscious brand. We use fiber-reactive, low-impact dyes that bond with the fabric, minimizing water waste and ensuring no harmful chemicals remain in your home.
