We want you to love your heirloom-quality linens, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-dyed orders and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your linens in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are protected from damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
